What this notice covers
This notice explains how Anaheim Entertainment handles information you provide through the entertainer application for OC11 and XS. It does not replace any additional notice you may receive if you move forward in a venue's process.
Information we collect
The application may collect your name, stage name, email, phone number, city, venue preference, age-eligibility category, general availability, experience level, social or portfolio profile, and the introduction you choose to provide.
The first-step form does not ask for a government ID, Social Security number, banking information, date of birth, or private photo upload. Do not place that information in a free-text field.
How we use it
We use application information to review your interest, assess potential venue opportunities, communicate with you, maintain basic application records, protect the form from abuse, and comply with applicable obligations.
Who receives it
Application information may be available to authorized Anaheim Entertainment, OC11, and XS team members who need it for the application process. Service providers supporting website hosting, security, and email delivery may process information on our behalf. We do not sell entertainer application information.
Retention and security
We keep application information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, or legitimate business records. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so use only the fields provided and keep sensitive identity and financial documents off this form.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete application information, subject to legal and operational limits. Reply to the verified Anaheim Entertainment team member who contacted you, or reach a venue through its official website:
Changes
We may update this notice as the application process or applicable requirements change. The effective date above shows when this page was last updated.
